WELCOME TO THE POWERS LIST ON POWERFUL BEGINNINGS!
On this site powers work differently than on other sites, magical based or not.
Each has 6 powers, this means no less no more 6. The powers must be balanced as
we do not want every character to be as powerful as the source or all mortals,
how fun would that be?. Plus it shows major Godmodding which is a big no-no.
So please read below!
Characters are to have 6 powers, 3 active and 3 passive. What does this mean?
can you be clearer?
An Active power is a power that can be used in defense, your character would
be able to fight and protect themselves with this power. Active powers include:
Pyrokinesis, Aerokinesis, Molecular Combustion, Electrokiesis, energy balls.
These are all examples of active combat like powers.
We also NEED 3 passive powers. Why?, characters emotions reflect the growth of their
powers. So passive powers let us know more about WHO your character is.
Passive powers include: Orbing, Spell Casting, Potion Making, Scrying, Sensing.
Telepathy, Empathy, etc.
These are powers that CANNOT be used in battle and are simply there to
allow your character to grow. This is necessary for evil characters as well which
have options of the following:
Orbing, Shimmering, Flaming, Telepathy, Dark Ritual Casting, Potion Making.
Keep in mind that evil characters also have a book of spells called the Grimoire and
are intelligent when it comes to spells and potions just like good beings.
Here are examples of choices for your characters:
Whitelighter : Orbing, Sensing, Healing, Telekinetic orbing, Electrokinesis, Energy balls.
Darklighter: Dark Orbing, Sensing, Cursing, Cross bow conjuring, fireballs, release repression.
**** Keep in mind! we don't want 4 transportation powers and no active powers.
**** We also don't want all active powers and no passive powers.
